Reliable HVAC performance for large-scale residential projects

Located in Lomme, within the Lille metropolitan area, the ECLA residence is a large-scale residential project designed to meet modern housing needs with a strong focus on construction quality and HVAC system efficiency.
Developed by Oceanis and constructed by Spie Batignolles, the project includes three buildings for a total of 628 residential units, within a broader development of approximately 700 housing units.
Projects of this scale require hydronic systems capable of delivering consistent performance, reliable operation, and long-term efficiency across complex residential environments.

Pre-assembled hydronic balancing solutions for real-world conditions

Within this context, Pettinaroli France supplied customized KLGT hydronic balancing kits, pre-assembled according to the specific requirements of the project.
The solution was developed in collaboration with João Martins of Sevegrand, ensuring technical alignment and continuity throughout the installation process.
Each kit includes a Dynasty valve featuring a dirt-resistant diaphragm, designed to maintain stable hydronic performance even in challenging water conditions, an essential requirement in large residential HVAC systems where reliability and reduced maintenance are key.

Simplified installation and long-term system efficiency

The use of pre-assembled hydronic solutions significantly simplified installation phases, reducing on-site complexity and improving overall project efficiency.
At the same time, the integration of reliable components ensures stable hydronic balance, optimized system performance, and reduced maintenance over time.
The ECLA Lomme project confirms the role of Pettinaroli France as a trusted partner in delivering efficient, reliable HVAC solutions for large-scale residential developments.
