PROJECT INFO
Located at Eco Business Park II in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, the Haitian Group Regional Manufacturing Hub is a new industrial development designed to support the Group’s expansion across Southeast Asia.
The project covers approximately 37 hectares and represents an estimated investment of RM3 billion. The site will include manufacturing facilities, a research institute, employee accommodation and additional supporting infrastructure.
Phase 1 is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, with production expected to begin in 2027. The new facility will manufacture injection molding machines and CNC machines for the Southeast Asian market.
COMPACT FILTRATION DESIGNED FOR EASIER MAINTENANCE
For the first phase of the project, Pettinaroli has supplied through its Malaysian distributor NYKK more than 100 FilterBall integrated shut-off and filtration units for installation at the new manufacturing site.
In industrial facilities, filters require regular inspection and cleaning to help protect pumps, control valves, heat exchangers and other sensitive components from particles and debris circulating within the system.
FilterBall combines shut-off and filtration in a single compact component, integrating an ON/OFF ball valve with an interchangeable cylindrical strainer. Compared with configurations based on a separate valve and filter, this approach reduces the number of individual components and supports a more compact installation.
The removable and inspectable strainer provides easier access during routine servicing. For this project, FilterBall was selected for its ability to support simpler and faster filter inspection and cleaning, responding to the maintenance requirements of a large industrial manufacturing facility.

The cooperation with NYKK made it possible to combine the supply of an integrated filtration solution with local commercial support throughout the different stages of the project.
By bringing together shut-off, filtration and easier access for routine maintenance, Pettinaroli contributed to the project with a solution aligned with the operational and servicing requirements of the new manufacturing hub.
