As part of the Plan VIVE initiative promoted by the Community of Madrid, Pettinaroli took part in the delivery of affordable rental housing in Tres Cantos. The intervention included the supply of hydronic solutions for over 200 apartments, contributing to the region’s effort to accelerate housing delivery through public-private collaboration.
SUPPLY DETAILS
For the Tres Cantos development Pettinaroli supplied XT702G kits (1.000 L/h) compact, preassembled hydronic kits ideal for fast installation and limited space. The preassembled approach proved perfect for the project’s prefabricated apartments, enabling rapid on-site realization, virtually eliminating any leakage risk without compromises on performance.
In addition to the kits for Tres Cantos, Pettinaroli supplied approximately 1.000 additional kits to other municipalities participating in the Plan VIVE program.
