Go Tower is located along Avenida Artigas in Barrio Jara, one of the most dynamic areas of Asunción, just five minutes from the new Av. Costanera Norte. This 24-storey building combines office spaces and retail units, with over 32.000 m² of total built area. It is the first project in Paraguay to achieve LEED certification, meeting top international standards for energy efficiency and safety (NFPA). Key features include a panoramic terrace plaza, five modular meeting rooms, a gym, 360 parking spaces, and intelligent elevators.
ENERGY SAVER PLUS FOR OPTIMAL METERING AND BALANCING
Pettinaroli supplied Energy SAVER PLUS kits at the entrance of each tenant area, enabling individual metering and balancing for every unit. This setup ensures precise energy tracking and comfort. In common areas, where specific metering was not needed, we provided pre-assembled XT702G balancing kits to ensure efficient system performance and simplified installation.
ADVANTAGES OF THE ENERGY SAVER SYSTEM
The solution includes Energy METER ultrasonic devices for accurate, maintenance-free consumption measurement. Combined with the modularity of Energy SAVER, it allows full flexibility for tenants and transparent billing. Pettinaroli also supported the project team with technical guidance throughout installation, helping to ensure optimal system integration and project success.
