Fratelli Pettinaroli S.p.A. designes, makes and tests the entire production in Italy, in which there are 2 production plants settled in San Maurizio d'Opaglio and Gozzano. The building settled in Gozzano contains all plants for galvanic coatings and the new plant for lead washing and for the ecologic TEA coating.
The central plants in San Maurizio cover a surface of 105.000 square meters, with about 30.000 of production areas.

In San maurizio there are also special ovens for thermal treatment, which is very important to release residual stresses generated by tools during machining and to restore material crystalline structure. This treatment is fundameltal particularly for non-dezincifiable alloys (DZR).

Central plants in San Maurizio are equipped in order to machine every type of component, wheter it comes from drawn brass bar or hot forging, moulding etc...with transfer machines, multispindle fully automatic machines and several CNC and CAD-CAM machines for the production of prototypes.
